    Unhappy to all i offened im very sorry

    i just wanted to say that i made a mistake with my last post. it was not meant to be anti-amrecian in any way whatsoever. all wanted to know is y was ephedra banned and steroids frowned apon when they can help with weight loss in hindsight i really could have worded it better for all of u bros who took offence again im sorry i will know to ask my question better now. hopefully we can all get along now.
