    Post Test E

    Is it hard to maintain gains on test E. what percantage of the gains do you guys think can be kept.

    You will keep as much as you try to keep. Yeah you may loose a little but i wouldnt think much.

    that all depends on proper PCT, diet, rest, all of these are factors in m aintiang your gains after a cycle....if PCT is done correctly and your diet is adjusted for your newly acquired mass you should keep a good amount of your gains....

    a test cycle is probly one of the easiest to recover from and keep the gains...but as bartleby said, if ou dont do you pct correctly, and adjust your cals when coming off you will loose alot...be smart and you can keep 90% at least (not including the water weight that will come off within the first week)

    just curious...should one increase or decrease calories during PCT.

    INCREASE...i try gradually add 500-1000 cals during the two weeks waiting to start pct...then maintain that for the first two weeks during pct..then slowly take them back down over the next 2 weeks
