Here is an example of a clen cycle from the clen handbook. This will be my first time using clen is this an ok dosage for a first time clen user.
Day13: 100 mcg
Day14: 80 mcgs
Day 17: ECA/ NYC stack

just go up in dosage until you get the shakes too badly, then stay at that dosage until you get used to it. also remember the half life is really long so the doses compound for a couple days, this will lead to a bigger effect on the second and third days. why does the book have you pyramid back down?

like sin said listen to your body...my freind who weighs 180 pounds can satnd 200mcg perday with out any shakes or headaches...some people just need more

THanks guys. So the best way to do it would be to not taper down and increase dosage until i get the shakes. How long should i run it for. Ive read you should run it for 2 weeks on 2 weeks off. But does that mean start for 2 weeks then stop for 2 weeks then start up again for 2 weeks.

i was thinking that myself, 2 weeks on, then 2 weeks off with fat burners, but then do u go 2 weeks on again, then 2 weeks off and your done? cause that would just mean 2 weeks of clen , 2 weks of fatburners, 4 weeks total doesnt seem like a long time to me.
Any input on this would be really appreciated.

I'm going two days on, two off. ECA on the days off.
I lost 5lbs in the first week, with a strict diet, but no cardio.
If i run straight 2 weeks, i have to rise the dosis up high.......
