Yes you can still overtrain while on roids, it is just a little harder to do than natural. You say that you can feel like you can work the muscle out again a few hours after...well buddy i dont think you are working it hard enough. Lets see what others have to say

U guys do realize the muscle grows while it rest. Try working one muscle a week, and kill the that muscle, you'll see what happens....

i would go heavy and fewer reps imo, maybe 10-8-6 but keep the form good, if ur doin each part twice a week, i would cut the workouts a little , 12 sets for big parts, 8-9 for small....keep the protein high

Naturally you should keep training down to 45-1 hour but when you are juice you can train hard for up to 2 hours

Overtraining has ALOT to do with diet and your sleep cycle. if your diets in check and you sleep enough only thing you can do is listen to your body. Only way i figured out what my workout intensity should be was trial and error. i dont believe in the rule of thumb on how long to train and how hard. You have to figure it out yourself. like lee priest says "no such thing as over training just undereating".
    Just my 02.
