cutting nolva

i put this in another thread but i don;t think people will see it so ill ask it hear. is it ok to cut tablatam pills in half so you only get 15mg per serving? since they are 30 and 35 mg pills. or should they be ground up and then seperated? thanks bros

one more thing are these supposed to be taken around the same time everyday?? or does it not matter

Splitting the pill is fine. No need to ground them up. Find yourself a pill splitter;p makes it fast and simple. Doesn't really matter when you take your dose, but I always try and take them in the A.M.
