Second cycle please scrutinise

My stats:
24 years, 202 pounds, 12% bodyfat, train five times a week (for about two years), did first cycle last year with Stanazol, Test Suspension and some Decca at the end. Made some good solid gains.... retained most of it.

I was thinking the following for my next cycle. The goal would be to add quality muscle which won't dissappear at the end.

Week 1-4 D-bol 50mg ED
Week 1 - 12 250mg Sustanon E3D
Week 1 - 12 400mg Equipoise E3D
Week 1 - 12 10mg Nolvadex ED

PCT
Day 1 - 300mg Clomid 2 week after last shot
Day 2 to 7 - 100mg Clomid
Day 8 to 14 - 50mg Clomid
Clenbuteril .70mg E2D

So there you have it??

It seems like a lot of EQ, 1000-1200mg/week. How about 200mg/E3D? PCT needs some work. Run the 50mg/day clomid for at least 14 days and ramp the clen starting at 25mcg/day and increse the dose when you get used to that dose (2-3 days fro me) for 4 weeks.

sustanon would be better if shot atleast eod, and run it higher than your eq

i agree eq is high cut it back to 200mgs/3day and should shoot sust everyother but e3d will be alright. also 50mgs dbol is too much and unnecessairy IMO.

eq too high! mix 250 sust with 200 eq and shoot the mix e3d!
.. just saw now 50mg of dbols!?!!?? too much! 35-40 shoud be fine!
last thing to say, quite sure pct has to start 3 weeks after last shot!
