this is an odd question, but i will try to answer it anyway:

if you are sterile before you cycle, you will be sterile after

you are not rendered 'sterile' on a cycle

if your sperm production dropped off during your cycle, it would (theoretically) pick up again when your natural test production comes back. you do PCT to speed recovery.

i think that should answer your question

You natural test production will return in time, but the process is sped up with the help or clomid, nolva, HCG , etc. PCT is a necessity in order to maintain the gains you achieve. The clomid aides the testies to start the reproduction of testoterone.
