My Blood Pressure Is 163/106 From Being Overweight Or As.

I had high blood pressure before. I think the gear made it higher. A doctor

put me on Diazide. It gave me painful muscle cramps. I quit taking it. The

doctor said if I brought my weight down to 190 my blood presure would be

normal. I brought my weight down, but my blood presure went up at least 2

points on the lower #. My pulse was 88. Should I take a different blood

    pressure medication???

How many people get increased blood pressure on cycle???

I had my pressure done yesterday and a week before that..and it is consistently low while on cycle....I just watch my sodium and drink a lot of water...at least a gallon a day...

Juice can bring your BP up. Different AAS are going to effect you dif.
secondary hypertension, one of the two catagories of High Blood Pressure, can be caused by excessive hormone production, and steroids . And as we all know, Test is merley a synthetic hormone. Your putting in WAY more test than your body normaly produces. just keep an eye on it with your doc...maybe make weekly appointments. Watch your diet too....try and stay away from alot of sodium

tell ur doc ur using AS for starters.. and are you using steriods that give u bloat? bloat is directly related to BP... if u r using gear that bloats, use a anti E..... if u are using a anti E and ur BP is still up quit until u can get ur BP to a healthy level befor eusing AS.. be sure to tell ur doc ur using AS... it can only help u in the long run..

liek it was aid above check ur diet for high sodium.. it causes high BP.. maybe even let a doc look at ur deit...

take ur high BP seriously... its v. bad for your health

I monitor my blood pressure every week while on a cycle and about once a month when off. Yes, mine goes up during... ex:

    When off.... 126/80
    When on.... 159/86

Yeah, estrogen may have some positive effects for BBers, but when your BP is excessive, take the anti e's. Too much estrogen can boost your BP a couple of different ways. In this case, go with the antiaromatases. As mentioned, limit sodium and drink tons of water...things you should be doing anyway.
