    Liver Concern

Im addressing a concern, whereas the liver enzymes are showing a high count...the normal count should be 50 or less and the count is at 231..would anyone know what a safe count should be at or around when cycling....again, I'm not sure if this depends on bodyweight or any other percentages or specifics...Thanks

I think that the normal is below 40 for that one. Get you some tyler's liver detox, milk thistle, and cranberry extract or juice (drink a lot). This will help it go down.

Thanks a bunch..I have some milk thistle, and cranberry tablets already, as well as some ALA tablets..seems to be helping.

Well, ALT and AST can be elevated for a number of reasons.
Do you know if you had a GGT and CK reading?

At the very least, I'd pick up some Tylers Detox; but another test is in order. One work up doesn't expose a problem so don't panic

I don't know what a safe count should be but I know that an herbal supplement "Milk Thistle" is great for the liver. It is even known to regenerate the liver. I have read that doctors strongly suggest milkthistle to alcoholics who have severely abused there liver.
