    Chicken
    Tuna
    Egg Whites
    Salmon
    Steak
    Lean Beef

    Almonds
    Whole Wheat Breads (bagels, etc...)

Green Leafy Vegetables (Brocolli, Lettuce, etc...)

You'll pretty much get your goals if you just shuffle those foods. As little as they are, they'll do the job.

Most people dont know about the secret meat.............Its just about the only red meat that i keep now and its called Buffalo............Just about the leanest meat you are going to find. It also has more protein in it than beef ( i beleive ). Tastes a whole lot better to me too.

That is pretty much all you need right there... although i'd add baked and sweet potatoes in there as well (especially for bulking).

It's really best to keep things simple and bland and boring. If you're eating and being like- "sigh, this is monotonous", you're probably eating pretty clean.

Basically we're giving you clean bulking foods right here. If you have a hard time gaining weight eat whatever you want. If you want to bulk but stay as lean as possible just eat what we're telling you about.

Water is good... so is anything diet... and another really good no sugar drink is crystal light.

I think you could eat protein sources with more calories since you are a hard gainer. Maybe eat chicken legs instead of breast or ground beef instead of steak. Since you have trouble gaining weight if you eat too clean you might not consume enough calories over the course of the day. Items like ground beef and chicken legs give you the protein plus the extra calories from fat. Ive found I have a hard time consuming enough calories trying to eat foods like chicken breast and tuna. just my 2 cents.

Very good stuff, but hella expensive. If you buy it already packaged at a deli your looking at $9-10 a pound easy. It is awesome stuff, as it is loaded in protein and 98-99% fat free. I would just stikc with what the bros suggested earlier as a main staple. I would also add oatmeal as I didn't see that on there. If it is already listed, please forgive my ignorance.

Big bump on this!!! I have heard great great things about Buff. meat. One neat story that I heard in history class yestereday says that back in the late 1800's when RailRoads were being built by men called (I think it was this....) gracemen?? This job was EXTREMELY tough nothing but manual labor. Anyways they ate nothing but buffalo meat. This was there reward for all their hardwork. They would have numerous breaks throughout the day to eat this sh*t. And most of these guys were huge! My teacher met a "graceman" back in the 70's who was 90 something named Ed Ice. He had a shaved head, great build, and a grip like vise.

What does this mean? Not a **** thing, just that it was time for a lil' history lesson.

Heres something to think about. There are I believe 23 essencial amino acids that are required in your body at the same time in order to build muscle affectively or should I say more efficiantly. There is only one source of protein that has all 23 of those amino acids that is the egg, the whole egg. You don't want to eat eggs every meal believe me. When you eat a steak or a chicken breast your only getting maybe 15-18 of those amino acids hence your body has to go through a process of taking the amino acids taken from that steak or chicken and process the other 5-8 amino acids in order to get those 23 essencial amino acids required by your body to build and repair itself, the time spent doing this should be spent directly feeding, repairing and rebuilding the muscle. So how do we get all those 23 essencial amino acids at the same time you ask? You combine proteins, like eating half of that steak and half of that chicken or any other protein combinations will do. Steak and a protein shake, chicken and fish, any type of meat source with rice and beans. I've been following this diet program for about 3 years and it has worked for me.

I have heard that venison is roughly 98% fat free, so if you have a friend who hunts, or you hunt its good stuff.
