    Days off at the gym

How long or how many days of should you be having. I usually train 4-5 days about 1 1/2 hours. I'm Starting first cycle should I not take days off or stay about the same?

training O'natural differs from training while administering AAS. natural I train 4 days a week for about 45min a day...2 days on 1 day off, 2days on 2 days off. Taking gear I train twice a day 6 days a week if my body temp is normal...no sense in training if the body is still stressed from the day before right! Shorter training session keeps cortisol levels lower, which is a catabolic hormone...minimising catabolism while maximising anabolism is key.

    Yeah what he said

On a serious note now..Mallet is totally right. When clean I train the exact split that Mallet has above. When using I go up to 5 days a week.

1 1/2 hours would be a little to long for me personally even if I was using AAS at the time. I find that it is hard to keep the mental concentration for that period of time.

honestly even while on gear I do not think training twice a day is good, Go with 5 days on 2 days off, during thoes 2 days off up your protein even more......this works really well for putting on a good amount of size.......now if you are cutting or getting ready for a contest than you can up the amount of time you go to the gym. But when I am in the gym I train so hard for 2 hours straight that there is no possible way I would have enough energy to go to the gym again, unless for cardio.

    2 hour straight? Jabeezus.

I go 6 days a week and I'm in the gym for between 45 minutes 75 minutes. I prefer the short because I hate working out. But I do it regardless, and do it well.

I train for about 60-70 min, 6 days a week, and like Light weight said, I leave it all at the gym so the rest of the day is recovery. I love savage workouts

I train 1:30 to 1:40 INTENSE. If you go 1 1/2 hard and heavy...no chatty Cathy...you should be spent, period.

Use the AS to push up weights and intensity...push past the plateau.
