Well i have been doin some reasearch non stop....and i was wondering how this would be for my 1st cycle?...im 6'6 200lbs, trying to get put on muscle mass..and get stronger...any critiques?
Weeks 1-12 Test 400 cyp: 400mg/wk
Weeks1-11 Deca: 400mg/wk
pct- 1st day after last inection
Day 1: 300mg/clomid - 20mg/Nolv.
Day 2-11: 100mg/clomid - 20mg nolv.
Day 12-21 50 mg/clomid - 20mg/Nolv
GAIN Weight ALSO!!!
That is a basic bulker right there. Some would say to add Dbol for the first four weeks to jump start your cycle, waiting for the test/deca to kick in! Good luck with it.
yea...but do u think bulking would be bad?
Raise the cyp to 500mg week and lower the deca to 300mg week. Also, like NoLimit said, wouldnt be a bad idea to kick this with dbol weeks 1-4 at 25-30mg daily. Make sure you read up on diet and calorie intake bro. Muscles dont come in a bottle. Eatttttttttt.... This is in my opinion.
keep your test higher than ur deca....either bump up the test to 500mg/wk or decrease deca to 300mg/wk....also PCT starts 2 WEEKS after last test injection good luck...Quote:

As you can see from my advice and others deca needs to run lower than the test so deca does not dominate the system. It is suggestable to stop deca two weeks prior instead of one week. When it comes down to it, you are going to have to make that choice. Only you are responsible for what you put into your body... remember, you are the one who has to pay for any consequences that may occur. Now that is not to say that something bad is going to happen, but there are those risks with any cycle. If you have really done your research, you should be able to make a smart and wise choice from that. We all are here to give you advise as is what was done in this post… there are good points in most of the replies! You have the final decision!
My suggestions have been mentioned before. Yes, run the deca and add some dbol if you want quicker gains. Just make sure to run the test at a higher dosage and longer duration to avoid deca dick. Clomid should start 2 weeks after the test cyp and 3 weeks after the deca so....Quote:
