i prefer the tabs.. but the liquid also works well
i have used a few liquid products... and i still think that if it is packaged in punch boxs then your know you are getting legit, well dosed stuff.... i dont always trust the liquids to be dosed properly.
They are the same........... pick the one that's easier for you to use.
