    break it up into fours, use a nail clipper to cut the pill into pieces. I'd start with a taking a fourth of a pill because the super clen will give you hippy hippy shakes

    I Have this stuff and didnt know it was 200 mcgs, I was taking 4 a day for 2 weeks and shakin like an old lady.
