    Rank em'......least to most painful injection spots

    For all of you who have done ED injections and have tried ALL the spots, which spot is the least painful with the easiest injection? Rank the spots starting from least painful to most painful. I have only hit three places (iwas only injectins twcie a week), so I would rank mine like this:

    glutes (easiest), thighs, then delts.....never tried any of the others, but I soon will have to so I can rotate my EOD injections.

    Delts easiest.....then pecs......most painful,prop in bi's(ouch)

    quads, glutes, triceps i did a few times, delts just kill me though (winny shots-feels like your arm just got ripped off, sometimes keeps me up all night)

    Thighs are the worst pain i ever got! But then again i have only tried my butt and thighs hehe

    1 glutes
    2 delts
    3 chest
    4 bis
    5 quads( its like negotiating a minefield with all the nerves)
    6 Tris
    7 lats ( that is a shot in the dark at best)
    Never done traps or calves

    Pain: most to least
    1) quads (like I said, a minefield)
    2) lats
    3) bis
    4) tris
    5)chest
    6) delts
    7) glutes

    I don't get any pain in tris at all.. thighs sometimes pain.. delts sometimes pain but when it dose hurt it hurts more then thighs.. calfs, most r painless..... pecs sting a bit.... bis i almost always hit a nerve..

    I gotta say I am normally a laid back guy but I did get crazy one time on test I football tackled a refrigerator. But other than that one time I haven't had any problems

    bis hurt for real...i havent even shot prop inmine...i shot homebrewed tren that was painess going in, but that **** left me sore for atleast 5 days

    The easiest and most pain free is by far the glutes then a close second would be the delts. The most painful I have experienced is injecting 1ml of QV prop in the trap. It was very and I mean very hard to sleep for 2 nights. it sucks when you don't get your sleep due to an njection that you are giving yourself to grow while sleeping.

    glutes and quads are a breeze. tried a calf inj once: not fun. i hear such good things about delts; i think i'll give em a try

    glutes, quads, tris, bis are pretty ease and not to painful. Calves has been the worst for me....hitting them sucks.

    glutes then delts no problem, but winny in my quads kills me. where are you guys injecting your quads exactly for a painless injection. it actually feels fine for about two hours then it gets real tight and sore for about four days

    i've only shot: quads, delts, traps
    all have been pretty painless

    next place to shoot will be biceps

    quads depend on the location. Side and top aren't so bad.... in the teardrop.... ouch.

    Ease is one thing, pain is something entirely different.
    Least to most Painful:
    1. Quads
    2. Delts
    3. Pecs
    4. Tri's
    5. Bis's
    6. Traps

    Traps are not that bad, it is just hard to get your plan into action. They don't hurt that bad unless you jab around in there with the needle... which is the norm the first 6 or8 times you do them. Once you figure out how to hit traps, they fit in under pecs and above bi's.
    Easy to Difficult:
    1. Quads
    2. Tri's
    3. Pecs
    4. Bi's
    5. Delts
    6, 7, 8. Traps

    All of this is based on prop and tren .

    I gotta say though, some of these are strictly from memory, I can't hardly reach Lats & Glutes anymore,(well I CAN but it's a pain in the butt & hardly worth it IMO) I have to be hard up big time to hit my pecs anymore, and the last couple times I did traps I might as well have been wearing a neck brace because I had little mobility with my head/neck by the second day.
    If your careful you can hit numerous spots on each Delt/Quad etc etc.
    I wear out my Delts, Quads, and Tri's before I move on.

    glutes by far easiest, most painful calves and traps imo. even had a buddy inj in his forearm,,ouch!!!!

    6) glutes only done it once and wll never do it again. plus the doc does it for me every 2 weeks for HRT. a**holes. i asked if i can do it in my delts and the chick looked at me like im on crack. haha

    only done two so far (glutes and delts) but hey, might as well share anyway.
    delt were painless but so were the glutes.. it's all a matter of convience if my buddy and i meet up to shoot then glutes are good if im alone then id have to say delts just cause i don;t have to twist around... it is a little tougher to aspirate though withonly one hand... looking to try quads prolly this week

    in between going from less pain to more is:

    1)delts
    2)bi's
    3)tri's
    4)pecs
    5)lats
    6)leg
    7)abs j/k

    at least in my opinion thats how the chart goes. but it depends how far into the cycle you are.
