how much liquidex do you take ??

.25 should do the trick...i used .5 when running d-bol and it kept me pretty dry...so .5 at the most IMO

ColdStone you did .5 on d-bol I think I will try that I have noticed some water gain. Hey did you loose your appetite on d-bol

not to hijack the thread...but yes .5 kept me dry as hell, i atually leaned out and got stronger pretty quick...no i didnt loose my apitite...but then again ive gotten pretty good at force feeding my self

ldex has a half life of over 2 days so u really do not need to take it everyday.....I take .5 eod

this is true...but for me its easir to just get in a routine of getting up everymorning and taking everything right then and there...instead of trying to remember..."did i take my dex yeserday???"..thats just me though

w/ a half life of two days couldn;t something like .25 EOD suffice to help cut down on estrogen? or would that be too low of a dose to have any affect

l-dex @ .25 ed...but depending on what gear I'm running.

And chapman,dbol has been known to dent my appetite.

.25 ed or .5 eod both eqaul and both sufficent enough to have an effect on cutting down on estrogen and also keep down bloat
