it depends on what the problem is. i'd would say no to healing for sure. deca cant heal anything as far as i know... it may alleviate some of your pain due to its ability to lubricate the joints.

id see a doctor about your shoulder bro.

    good luck.

I wouldnt rely on deca to cure an injury but the mechansims by which it work can certainly help. Deca @ 3 mg/kg a week(about 270 mg/wk for a 200 lb male) will increase procollagen III levels by 270% by week 2. Procollagen III is a primary indicator used to determine the rate of collagen synthesis, meaning the building blocks in an around the joints will be greatly increased

in my exprience, deca helped to mask shoulder pain and allowed me to turn up the intensity. unfortunately, i'm awaiting major shoulder surgery because i did more damage on deca. BE CAREFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I were you I would be concentrating on isolating the rotator cuff muscles as a priority i.e. infraspinatus, rhomboids, teres major/minor with some theraband rehabilitation. Otherwise you maybe building strength in all the 'show' muscles with the muscles that attach these being weak especially if you cycle and increase your poundage dramatically.
