    How much strength did you loose

    I'm getting ready to start my 3rd cycle, This time it's going to be
    Prop 75mg ed
    tren 75mg ed
    and maybe some winny for 4 weeks at 50 mg ed
    femera, or nolva... I already have both and B6
    and clomid and nolva for PCT
    I was going to run this for 8-10 weeks.

    I'm doing this to gain mostly strength, and a little bit of body weight.
    I've herd guys saying their gaining massive amount's of strength on cycle's like this, my question is how much strength have you lost scince you've been off tren?

    Not sure how much it will help, but I gained +35lbs (on my bench 1RM) on an 8-week prop/var cycle. Kept all of it. However I should add, my bench max was only around 285lbs before I started, so that's probably why I didn't lose any strength since.

    That cycle will build solid mass with next to nothing for water retention. You will loose strenght when your done the cycle, how much is different from person to person.
    Bump the Prop to 100mg ED and run it a couple weeks past the tren .
