    nolva ?'s

    the 2 weeks after last shot before recovery do you still take nolva at 10mg/day or 20 or not at all

    still take it at 10mg then when you start pct up it to 20mg.

    It depends. Try PCT with nolva once and then try it without next time. If your recovery is just as good without nolva as it was with, there is no need to take both.
