Should I inject the refovit into gel caps? Or should I Put 1 cc in some juice everyday?
Just squirt it in your mouth (no needle) and wash it down quickly.
I like the gel capsules its easy to make and you never have to put up with the nasty taste and the yellow teeth. The only down size that I see that for some reason the reforvit melts the capsule after a few days so you can only make a few days worth at a time.
