Ok, im sure i am not the only one having this problem, but i am finding it nearly impossible to eat anymore. it seriously took me 30 minutes to eat a bowl of chicken and rice that i used to finish in 2 minutes. this probably has a lot to do with the fact that i am just completely burnt out on my diet, but i was wondering if there is anything that will increase my appetite besides ofcourse for b-12 or eq. any help would be appreciated because i need to eat to grow.

hmm... i feel you pain bro, i eat like a **** starving ethiopian (sorry if that offends ne1) what i do is try to spread it all out... rather then say 6 meals maybe youll be eating like 8 or so... just spread the food you eat out more. Also the main thing is getting your protein, i think if you get enough protein then the rest will sorta fall in line as well..

my cycle is deca/dbol/sust/nolva at 400w/35d/500w/20d. Standard mass building cycle. i hear that the dbol will suppress my appetite, but shouldnt something else atleast boost it alittle. Anyone else have any non-marijuana advice for me?

cycleon i agree 100%. i just finished one of those. i have no problem taking down shakes, its justthe solid food that gets me.
i wish eating were my only problem
