spread them out to keep an even concentration and to minimize sides...if you get a chance look in the Ed forum under "clen handbook" and you will get some useful info there.
you can take them all at once due to the half life of clen, it really doesnt matter. When I ran 200mcg per day I would take a 100mcg in the am before cardio and the other 100mcg at noon.
