If I am sick and want to skip lifting today and lift tomorrow instead is that bad?

Simple question. Say you are juicing and you get a strep throat or a cold and don't have the ability to lift today, but will lift tomorrow for sure is that bad (I am not saying switch days all the time, just once) cuz your sick? I am at the end of week 5 of a 12 weeker.

    Test E 500mg wk
Boldenone Propionate (not undelycate) 400mg week
    dbol 1-4 weeks 50mg ed
    possible winny at the end
    of course a proper PCT

Of course you take time off, as long as it takes to get healthy..
I caught a virus last xmas, and couldnt train for about 2 weeks and lost about 15lbs. Nothing you can do about it..

Yeah. One day wont hurt you. If you want, do some push ups to make it seem like you did something so there is no gap.
Mixed contraversy here anyway is to workout one day and rest the next vs workout 5-6 days consecutive then rest on day 7.

Sometimes your body will get bigger if you let it rest longer. People differ as should their workouts.
If youre sick, take 2 or 3 days off. Cant get better if you dont rest.

getting sick sucks ass, but it REALLY sucks when you are on! I've been sick with the flu since last thursday and as a result have only lifted twice since then. You just have to rest and drink lots of fluids. if you have strep you're actually lucky since an antibiotic will knock it out pretty quick. having a virus like a cold or the flu bites because you just have to wait it out, until it runs its course.
    hope you feel better soon

I mix it up.. never more than 3 weeks on the same workout cycle...

but never more than 2 days off.. always back on the 3rd day...

ok to rest... but no more than 2 days..........

Doesn't matter if you are on a cycle or not..... if your sick then take off if not you could end up getting sicker. I had to take a week off last week because I was sick. Listen to your body.
