I have a show on the 29th of April but my bodyfat has rocketed upto 17.5% in the off season.
Can someone give me some advice on getting my bodyfat to competition level?
I plan to use t3 and clenbuterol but considering the contraints i'm not sure this will be enough, any thoughts on dnp?
I have a diet /training template already prepared its just the chemical side i need help with.
