Nitrogen Ballance
This may sound very dumb, as I know little about the topic but am trying to learn. I read somewhere that when you are in an anabolic state you have a positive nitrogen ballance, and when catabolic, you have a negative nitrogen ballance.
My question is then, would nitrogen supplementation be useful between cycles to prevent muscle breakdown? Could it artificially keep you anabolic, even after cycle?

protein helps the body attain a positive nitrogen ballance. u cant suppliment with nitrogen or u would die.
