    Taurine

    Is Taurine a must when using clenbuterol ?

    I read somewhere (I think in the clen handbook in the educational threads) that taking taurine while on clen was VERY strongly advised...something about clen depleting your natural stores..

    you need to take 1-2 grams of taurine per day while using clen .

    You need more taurine than that around 5g a day to help with cramping
