12th week and no gains.
First let me give you some background
stats
6'0
180lbs
BF 8-10% roughly. low.
Cycle on.
1-4 30mg Dbol ED
1-16 500mg Test Enanthate
I am on my 11-12th week and my gains have pretty much stopped, I haven't put on any weight in the last week or so. I find I somewhat lost my appetite, I can't eat as much as I was at the beginning of the cycle. I was wondering if I should stop and start PCT or continue to 16 weeks. I would like to stop this bulk at around 190lbs or so. Suggests would be greatly appreciated buds.

how is your caloric intake, your training routine, and what kind of gear were you using, brands.

imo....a 10wk cycle is fine.
no need to run it for 16wks...unless you are cycled into w/ a different gear.
i would go through w/ the your pct and start recovering, atleats this way your body can get its levels right and you can move on from there.

Lately my cals haven't been as high as normal, I try for 4500-5000cals. I am training a seperate muscle each day, with off days here and there. I am using Orbit Test Enth(UG lab in Canada)

11 weeks of gaining is good, I would come off and do pct.

Yeah, how much have you gained so far? You don't seem to mention your starting weight, unless I'm missing something.

How much weight have you gained so far? What brands are your gear? COuld they be bunk?
No weight gain is 95% of the time not eating enough.

well that changes everything, I was under the impression from the title that you were at your 12th week and had made no gains....sh*t 23lbs....hit PCT...and keep training and eating hard.

Seems like I've always read the point where your gains slow down or stop is the point where you should end the cycle anyway. 23 lbs is excellent!!! Any more than that would be too much IMO if you started at 157. You need time to let your body adjust to the extra pounds anyway. Personally I think more than that might be hard to keep longterm anyway.

23 lbs is a solid gain, i would start PCT now and be happy with the gains you have!

also 6 ft 157, probably didn't need gear to gain 23...diet could have done that.
