Time between doses on DNP

On one site I read......

"You have to divide it into two doses of 300mg 12 hours apart.
After you hit your 600mg limit you don't take the next 300mg for 36 HOURS
>From the first dose!
So, if I took the first dose at 6AM on Sunday morning and the second 300
mg at 6PM Sunday night, the 3rd dose would not be until 6PM on Monday evening.
The fourth dose would again follow 12 hours from the 3rd which would be
at 6AM on Tuesday morning."

Then I read...

"400mg/day can be used, but never take it all at once. Always split up the doses as far as possible, so for 400mg/day that would mean taking 1 200mg capsule every 12 hours."

SO which is it? Take it EVERY 12 hours or take it like the first paragraph suggested? Just wanna get this right guys.

Alot of guy's have a tough time coping with 600mgs/day...I would start by taking 200mgs the first day, then 400mgs the next day, split up into two doses approx 12 hrs apart...and run that for 7 days and see how you feel and whether or not you can tolerate more...but there's alot of bro's making great progress with 400mgs/day.

How long are you running the dnp for? 15 days? or 7/14?

I read a thread by someone who I consider VERY reliable that said to do 200 mg for 4-5 days first to acclimate your body and then up the dose to 400mg a day. He advised against going up to 600mg a day (especially if this is your first time doing DNP ). As far as the time split, I'm not sure, but I will look and see if I still have a link to the thread and if so there is more info in there than you could ever want.
