oh and if you let it sit for a while the oil will seperate from the water....can you still inject it the syringe has the top part oil and the bottom with b-12, or just mix it and hit it....

i usually always have it just separted. just watch your injection speed. as you know water moves through the pin a lot quicker

Even if it were the exact same color...you would know instantly...when you pull back on that plunger, and the needle is in a vein. If the needle is not in a vein, the plunger is difficult to pull back....if it is in a vein...you better not pull back too hard....or you will have 3cc's of blood! The plunger will move as though it had a nice coating of KY on it if you hit a vein and aspirate . You can tell by feel. By the seond time you hit a vein, you will be able to feel it before you aspirate. Sometimes, I don't even aspirate...I just pull the thing out and slap on a new needle...then try again.

Holl didn't you just post this? I shake it up with space in the syringe. It dillutes and turns the entire dosage red. It will quickly seperate so you have to do this quickly. Push the plunger upward take out the remaining space and inject. Even if it seperates a little just continue. This is what I do.

maybe its because you put almost 3cc in your delts. Thats a lot for a small muscle. Did you put all that in one delt?

Dude that 200mg of prop is killer, thats why it hurts. B-12 helps a little. Granted you took .7cc but still thats a lot of BA.
