    HELP! Contest preparation

    I have a show on the 29th of April but my bodyfat has rocketed upto 17.5% in the off season.

    Can someone give me some advice on getting my bodyfat to competition level?

    I plan to use t3 and clenbuterol but considering the contraints i'm not sure this will be enough, any thoughts on dnp ?

    I have a diet /training template already prepared its just the chemical side i need help with.

    I would be thankful for any advice

    hi greg...another viper man i see....

    dnp is a harsh pesticide agent....but is also the best and fastest fat burner avaliable, with the most side effects....

    while on dnp you need to increase your A,C,and E vitamins since it will deplete your body of these substances....and also try to put your diet at about 40% carb - 40% protein and 20% fat....the dnp needs the carbs to improve the fat burning process...

    with the time constraints i guess i would go with a dnp cycle now to drop BF quickly..(it will make you feel like shit, so you don't want it to close to the show, due to it affecting your workout and overall status)....

    then after that go with a prop/winny/ (eca - t3 /clen ) routine to get fully cut... and the energy you get and the better all around feeling will improve your abilities at the show....good luck bro...viper

    a good run i think would be:

    after a week of being clean:

    first 14 days: 400(3 days) - 600(8 days) - 400(3 days)

    take a break for a week...can run the ECA of clen here for a wk.

    10 more days: 400(2 days) - 600(6 days) - 400(2 days).......

    if you tolerated the first 14 days well, you can increase the second round by 200mg each....

    greg....some say to take test with the dnp .....

    the dnp will counteract the test...plus you will not be able to really get a good workout while on dnp, so the test is for the most part useless.....

    i say hold the test while on dnp....

    i have heard of people taking halo while on dnp to help with the "i dont feel like doing shit" mood....but i would skip it.....viper

    vettes are better than vipers (LOL)....your so funny....

    and prohormones are better than gear with that thinking...

    ...... And whats this about vettes being better than vipers lol

    I'm quite partial to an Aston Martin but the viper is 'the muscle car' what better car for a bodybuilder to be seen in?
