Hi guy's
I'm just about to start a new cycle of Deca 400mg PW, Test Ethanate 500mg PW, Dbol 40mg ED (Week 1-5).
I've always done deca twice per week, but is it ok to do it once per week?
Also, is it ok to have ethan and deca in the same pin?

Yeah, it's okay to put both in the same seringe and only shoot once a week. That might end up being quite a big shot though. You're looking at probably 4mls in one seringe :D Just be carefull to go real slow so you won't get an abcesce or something in the injection area.
This is why I tend to shot them together, but to split it up into 2 weekly shots.

1 shot is ok, but I would definately say 2 is recomended.

Deca has a 10 day half-life...

Enanthate has a 5 day half-life, so
