Possibly Infected?! EMERGENCY HELP

Hey guys,

I started Fina into my cycle a week ago, The first shot was in the left shoulder on tuesday, then my 2nd shot was on the right shoulder on thursday, the pain from the right shoulder has gone away already, but the left shoulder still hurts me, it was a little red but it went away, but it still hurts when I touch it or when I flex the muscle, its weird its kinda more in the tri then in the delt, also its more like it feels sore than actually like pain...What do you guys think? and also if It is infected how would I know, and what do I take to fix this, please help!

A) if its really an emrgency go to the hospital, if not dont post that
B) do a search, i just posted on a similar thread about 20 min ago

please dont waste people's time or thread face by posting similar threads, espically in the same day, symptoms of an infection have clearly been established in this forum.
