Recently come back from a year off and have done a 3 month stack of Sus and Deca which ended in December.
Ive got puffyness under my nipples, but nothing hard or lumpy and it kind of spreads round under my armpit. Im not sure wether its just the fact my bodyfat is too high or wether its gyno.
advice much appreciated guys.

its hard to tell with those pics but from the sounds of it, i would say no.
Hard to tell from those pics but it looks a little bit puffy might just be a bit of fat under there... it happens to me from time to time and always goes back to normal. Did you take anything Post cycle? Clomid,Nolva,Hcg?
Took some Proviron but only for about 4 or 5 days at the end of the cycle.
Ive always had puffy nipples- even before i started weight training.
they seem to have got worse tho which makes me seflconscious, but the other factor is that my bodyfat level has increased by a fair amount, so im hoping its mainly that.

Theres nothing hard under them at all-- its like water or air even, and if i rub them and they go hard-- you pretty much carnt tell at all, except for the line that runs under my arm pit- which leads me to think its fat.
If u do not feel any lumps you are in good shape bro...but I would get on noval and or liquidex soon if you are just coming off, etc....I have been through the surgery I always take noval and cycle now and forever..

It looks like its just fat deposits, as long as there are no lumps I would not worry too much. At one point when I was 248lb and had a higher BF %, I has similar deposits on the sides of my chest, now that I have leaned out, its nice and tight once again. :)
i say its just chest fat...if you cut your bf by about :scratch: 5% it should go away

agreed with everyone else, you may want to up the cardio and change the diet a bit to lose the fat deposits

You definitely have (estrogenic) fat deposits your nipples. In my experience it is hard to get rid of...as it doesn't go away proportionately with other BF. It's a slut to get rid of and comes back really easy...so keep your diet and exercise on track and you will see improvements.
On the plus side, it looks more like fat versus gyno.
i'm going to agree with MBH here and say it's a little more than just plain old fat. If your bf is low enough to have some ab definition, you shouldn't have a problem with your chest.

Im hoping your all right, with the fat deposits theory. I beleive your right in saying that its estrogen linked fat deposits and they`ll be a bitch to get rid of.
Im starting my next Stack in a couple of weeks and its a biggy, then im finishing off with a T3 sesson, so if its fat i`ll know for sure in 4 months time.
I`ll use those pics as my before and take some after the event.
Just try and cut down with diet and cardio in the meantime to try and get toyt like a tiger, and make sure you have anti-e's to keep this from happening or worsening
