Planning Out 2nd Cycle

Alright.. ive done alot of research for my second cycle but im still not inclined as you guys are about putting everything together to make it work and make it as effective as possible... I know noone likes to write out a cycle for other people because its annoying but honestly i dont know enough about the compositions and stuff to make it work... so here we go... my buddy and I are thinking of running something like

Weeks 1-6 75mg Trenbolone
Weeks 1-6 100mg Test Prop or Eth?? dunno which one is better
Weeks 1-10 400mg EQ ?
Proviron --- dont know when to add this in



HCG?
Liq Nolva?

Also dont know how much to run and when to start and finish with both of these


Alright so now im gonna ask the question on whetrher or not this would be a good run for not bulking but good solid gains and good strength gains?? also if anyone knows how to run everything by mg/week that would be cool... thanks

Run enth @ 500mg from weeks 1-12.

Run the EQ @ 400mg from weeks 1-12

you have to run the EQ for at least 12 weeks to get the results you want!

The prop will yeild more lean quality gains like you said you wanted. Only drawback is the ED or EOD injections. I would change it up a bit and run it like this:


wk 1-15 Test prop 75mg ED or 150mg EOD
wk 1-12 EQ 400mg (200mg split twice a week)
wk 1-8 Tren 50-75mg ED
nolva 10mg ED
start pct 3 days aftert last prop shot (clomid plus 20mg nolva)

there is no need for hcg for this cycle. its not long enough. you can bump the tren towards the end of your cycle if you like. Some like it at the begininning some like it at the end. Good luck

since your running tren and doing the ED injections, you might as well use prop as your test. just mix them in the same syringe.

The only thing I would change is the fina from wk 5-12 at 75 mgs ed,and use 300mgs of b-6 during fina use.
