Can u mix this in your shots with sust and EQ or should it be shot seperately? And is .25 mg a day sufficient of should I up the dose to .5 mg a day. I am using it while taking my d-bol, sust./eq stack. All comments welcome.
P.S. Also, how much ALA is needed and

na dude, don't inject that with shit...It's made to be used orally, put it under your tongue...

<----There's my comment. Trust me, you don't want to inject that stuff. I doubt you could even get that out of the pin in your muscle, but you do not want to as it is as Ironfist said, made for oral consumption. Drop it on the tongue, and swalla dat shiet.

Tastes kind of like medicine, well hell . . .that's what it is.
