    Post Cycle Workout?

    Hey Bros, Im Only on week 5 of sus deca dbol . My question is when i come off whats the best workout for keeping gains? Reps, weight, time in the gym and so on. My bench max is 335lb right now but prob going to be more before this is up. Should I lower the weight and higher the reps to help keep gains? Someone let me know what works for them the best for keeping their gains.

    You should continue to do the same exercises, with the same intensity (this will be a little difficult), but with a little less volume.

    i kept all my weight doing the same weight and the same exercieses...heavy free weights basically...but I think that the diet is the key to keeping your gains..i'd just keep eating a lot
