im goin to be takin deca and sustanon for 21 weeks my cycle will look a lil like this

week1- deca 2 shots each 200 milligrams
weeks 2-5 deca 1 shot and sustanon 1 shot
weeks 6-17 deca 2 shots and sustanon 2 shots
weeks 18-21 1 shot of deca and 1 shot of sustanon
i will be takin some type of anti estrogen through the cycle i was wonderin if anyone cud help me out or let me kno how much shud be gainable through this cycle

Bro...this is insane. Forget about the vascillating dosages!

Sust should be injected at least E3D. You can split you deca dose and run it with the sust for better luck with the injection pain, and to keep everything straight.

Why 21 weeks?
What is your cycle experience?
What are your stats?

As for gains...nobody knows. That all depends on you and your diet...each person is different.
