i want to switch from femara to dex mid cycle so i can run nolva along with it, which you cant do with femara since it reduces femara's effect/potency in the blood.
anyone done it, i am guess i just switch to dex before i take my last few femara doses?
while i don't know the exact answer to this, i think that overlapping will not hurt you. how long have you been on the femara and what dosage were you taking?Quote:

That is fine. Switching from L-dex to femara could cause some problems with estrogen fluctuation, as femara takes about 4-6wks to reach peak levels in the blood, but L-dex if I remember correctly, takes about 72 hrs
This will surely be better for the lipid environment as well
