is this the same thing I'v heard that sust and oma is the same now and that it used to be different but it's the same now.. is this right?

I just wanted to be sure cuse i read somewhere that it was just 2 of the components that where the same and 2 where different, but thats maybe beefore. anyway thanx for your help
