i have nearly finished a 12 week cycle but havent gained what i should of i am going to do another 6 week coarse but it will take 6 weeks to get it.i am wanting to bulk a bit more before cutting.i know everyone will say you shouldnt do it but seriously will it be that bad for me?

complete the cycle...dop a proper pct and recover...wait 10-12 weeks then start over...your diet probly wasnt in place if you didnt gain what you thought you would...might try and get that in order 1st before doing another cycle
