    Schwarzeneggers old Stack

    Hi Everyone,

    I have a question and i hope it is in the right forum!!! I would like to know if anyone has info or rumors on the courses and stacks that the old boys like Franco and Arnold used in the 70's and 80's? I was curious to see how the methods and the thoughts behind the stacks have changed and progressed?

    i've always heard that he likes dbol ....however, you can't get that big, and stay that ripped without taking a gang of gear....im guessing he was taking alot of juice

    Same here big swoll.I have heard of the dbol but that is all I have heard that he was on. I think he was on a lot of gear myself.

    bro, he was pretty bloated at times in pumping iron, like one scene at Gold's Gym where he is huge but you can see the water retention as he analyses himself in the mirror.

    Most,if not all pics of him were pre or post contest pics...not many guys allow pics of them while bulking.

    i read a few parts of a book on arnold and his diet was just crazyy.. pretty much a feast for all of his meals.. it never metioned his use on AAS just his work ethic..

    In the new DVD version on Pumping Iron, there is a feature where he clarifies certain elements of the docu-drama... he admits to AAS use and I think he makes reference to Dianabol ...

    he admited on tv in the 80s that he only used the steroids for a few months before a contest and then when it was over he stoped takeing them..also its reported he liked 50mgs d bol ed and 600mgs primo ew....

    as for gh...its hard to say, probably some..but not as much as they take today...i mean he had a 28''waist...which is a though go with organs growing twice there size!lol...

    he had a heart attact at 50...he was doing more then primo and dbols

    They ran winstrol only cycles but didnt use clomid cause they were probally afraid they would go blind cause of all the silly rumors
