usually gain some bloat.
Used to have bloat along with explosive diarreah. Switched to Swole V.2 and haven't had any more problems. Good pumps too.

try using tri-creatine, i use some times posy cycle and there is no bloat at all. Nutrabolics and SAn nutrition make it.
i use Trac. that stuff is great
