ok if you run 400mg a week of deca does that mean that you have to inject twice a week since most come in 200mg amps. or do you have to inject 2 amps in one shot

Taking more than 3cc in one site is not a very good idea. If you have the 2cc/200mg deca amps, take 2cc twice a week on different sites.

Twice a week will keep a more even concentration in the blood stream, less peaks and valley's= less sides.

But i have taken 4cc's at once before, not a great idea. but if convenience is what your looking for then just take 2cc's in each glute on the same day, instaed of all in one glute.

Deca is a long acting steroid and using it twice a week on the basis that it helps keep a constant blood level makes no sence.
Without knowing your experience and where your going to inject I can't really say too much.

I would say if it's in your ass take the 4cc in the one injection site or split it between both glutes.

The more often you inject anything, whether long or short acting the more even the concentration is!

If you inject deca once a week it peaks and then falls.if deca lasts for 2.5-3 weeks in your system it doesn't go from o mg to 200mg and then straight to 0mg again. it slowly increases then decreases in a tapering pattern. so the more often your injecting the more you can stabilize the rising and falling effects of the AS.
