I have some Anadrol 50 and some Deca300 right now that I am about to take. How much is suggested a week/day for each. Also, I want to stay as lean as possible, even though the Anadrol isn't ideal for that. I am 6"3 220 and I am 23 years old. This will be my 3rd cycle (last was test and dbol) Thanks!

Here's the plan right now : Deca 600mg/week and Anadrol 50mg/day. What I need to know is if I need more Anadrol per day. Thanks
That should be more than enough Anadrol - but where is the test - are you going to go Test at 750mg/week ? What is your history Bro ?
Dont take more then 400mg of deca a week and I would suggest 300mg a week, run 500 mg of test and run 50mg anadrol the first 4 weeks.

some say you need 100mgs a day, but I found that 50mgs is sufficient, I blew up on it, mix in some test around 500-1000 mgs week of enan., with prop go 100-200mgs eod, how long to you want your cyle to be? You defiently need a test base in there before you start your cycle, TEST is you FRIEND.
