Just currious what doseage you guys use of milk thistle to combat d-bol....I've heard doseages ranging from 200mg/day to 1500mg/day...
To protect your liver I wouldn't use less than a gram ED but I have heard up to 2 or 3 grams
the stuff i have is 200mg per pill.....does that seem normal...sounds like 5 pills a day correct??Quote:

Yeah Bro - I have heard of Bros using 2 or three grams a day but I use at least a gram when on Test alone and 1500 - 2000mg while using orals - have never had an elevated liver panel ( while on gear ) you might want to check out NAC also - works better than Milk Thistle
