Proviron or Nolvodex ?

I am getting ready to take my first cycle and need to know what you guys think would be better to take with it. Nolvodex or proviron and why? and how much? My cycle is as follows:

WK1 400mg of test enth or test cyp / 40 mg of d-bol
WK2 400mg of test enth or test cyp / 40 mg of d-bol
WK3 400mg of test enth or test cyp / 40 mg of d-bol
WK4 400mg of test enth or test cyp / 40 mg of d-bol
WK5 400mg of test enth or test cyp
WK6 400mg of test enth or test cyp
WK7 400mg of test enth or test cyp
WK8 400mg of test enth or test cyp
WK9 400mg of test enth or test cyp
WK10 400mg of test enth or test cyp

Take both 25mg proviron and 10mg of nolv.

Looks good for your first cycle

I would use 50mg ED Provrion....... At that does you will see some hardening of your muscles....... If you want to save money use arimidex at .25mg ED....... run the nolva at 10mg ED with which ever one you choose to use.

I agree take both. Continue Nolv thru PCT, though some say to not run Proviron all the way thru (not sure...) as it may supress natural test production since it is a steroid, unlike Nolv.

Yep don't run proviron through PCT it hill hinder the process of recovering your HPTA.

I agree with Mudman on both posts. I would prefer Adex over Proviron though.

0.25mg Adex ED
10mg NDex ED

I would also start the Adex 3 days in advance to get it into your system for when the dbol starts.

if i can only get one of the two, which would be best?

I would use the Nolva at 20mg ED then........ You will want to run the nolva in your PCT as well.
