i need some good advice on my second cycle

Im 22 6'2 210. my first cycle was omnadren250 ( 500ml every week). i got decent results, 15 pds and blew up pretty good. im want to be 225-230, and i want this next cyc to be perfect. Im thinking sustanon250 a deca 200. does that sound like a good stack, and what id ur advise on the amount per week. also is clomid and nolvadex needed, milk thistle or anything else??? thanks for all your time. :lift: :lift: :lift:

I would run the Sust at 500mg/week and the Deca at 400mg/week. Run clomid post cycle and I dont think the milk thistle is necessary.

Sust 250mg E3D
Deca 200mg E3D

.25mg L-dex + 10mg Nolva + 200mg B6 throughout the cycle

PCT- Add clomid to the above @ 100mg, up the Nolva to 20mg, and run all for 30 days

Sounds good but I use Milk Thistle with all cycle...... it's so cheap and you are still filtering stuff through your liver be it the extra protein, supps, AS.....

so it sounds like you all agree the 500sust/400deca is a good stack. also is Organon a good brand to go with. and how many weeks should i run this

Yes Organon is good to go with

1 - 12 SUS
1 - 10 Deca
1 - 15 .25mg L-dex + 10mg Nolva + 200mg B6

Start PCT 3 weeks after last SUS injection with Clomid 300 1 day/100 29 days, .25mg L-dex + 20mg Nolva + 200mg B6 throughout PCT

Running the SUS past the deca will help in making for a easier recovery.
