    Exclamation need info on clenbuterole

    how do you do the clen cycle and how much do i need to pick up. Also, what would be the most highly recommended steroid to do before the clen. I am heavy and im tyring to thin up while building muscle.

    you shouldn't be thinking about using compounds you have no knowledge about.

    all your answers can be answered with a simple search, however you clearly are not ready to even use clen yet.

    For this, I would suggest diet and cardio for the "thin up" part, and resistance weight training for the "building muscle" part.
