First cycle? Yeah you could start with that, however I think the dosages are low.
400 test/300 deca would be better. But if it's your first cycle I'd suggest just going w/ test only @ 500mgs per week for 10 weeks.

With deca if you aren't getting at least 300 grams of protien your wasting your money. I wouldn'd do less than 300mg if I were you. I usually do 600mg. Don't know your goals or stats so any advice is limited. If it's your first time MBaraso got it right.

Agreed! For your first cycle, It's best to only run one compound (TEST) to see how your body reacts...With the proper diet and work routine, you can put on some very decent gains with a Test only cycle

How Many Mg/day/wk Of Clomid For The Post Cycle??

200mgs of deca for 2 weeks isn't going to do **** for you. Deca's gotta be ran for 10 weeks min IMO, and it takes about 4 weeks to kick in.
Screw the deca and go w/:
week 1-10 test E 500mgs per week
Clomid starts 2 weeks after last shot. 300mgs first day 100mgs for 10 days 50mgs for 10 days.
