ok here it is I am 6'1 192lbs about 13%body fat I need to gain only about 7-10lbs in about 5 weeks I want to gain lean hard muscle my diet is just about perfect I was told by a trainer at my gym that primo would be perfect Is this good info? any help would be appreciated I have never done any a/s so he said primo should do the job if i train haed and eat rite and i do thanks for any help bro's
